Vandals busy overnight in Coe Hill, at the school and old train station at the fairgrounds at eastern edge of town

COE HILL — Vandals were busy in the village overnight, reports Deputy Reeve Brent Goodwin.

Fair board members Dave and Marge Davidson discovered broken windows and a broken window frame at the old station.

Jeff Post was making his rounds watering flower plants and discovered two or three smashed flourescent light tubes in the walkway between the school and the library.

OPP have been notified, Goodwin says.
