COE HILL – The Coe Hill Farmers’ Market is now closed for the season.
Although we got off to a late start, by the end, it was well-attended on a weekly basis. We made many friends and had a large number of regular patrons, which made it well worth the time and effort put into it.
Thank you to each and every one of you who stopped by.
The “Falling Into Christmas” event last weekend was our sign-off for this year, and, although it was very cold and windy, it was successful in all aspects.
We had a couple of wonderful ladies who brought in their handcrafted items, including knitted high-top slippers and handmade teddy-bears, some Christmas ornaments from Roy Rossler, (Roy’s Unique Scrollwork Designs), various other Christmas items made by “Stitchtique”, canned goods from Jessie of “The Café”, as well as produce and baked goods.
Oh, yes, our “Congratulations” go out to Beryl Lee of Coe Hill, winner of the gift basket filled with merchandise from all vendors who participated in our Christmas event. The total value of the basket was $75.
We’ll be back next year, so until then, the happiest of holidays, success for the new year, and hope to see your happy, smiling faces again next May! Take care everyone! Monica.
