BANCROFT – On Saturday the 31st of March 2012, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received the report of a mischief on Old Snow Road in the Town of Bancroft. Sometime overnight graffiti was sprayed on several buildings in the area of Billa Street and Hastings Street North near McCaskie TV and Stereo. Graffiti was also found at the Skateboard Park and Mr. Video on Cleak Avenue. After pleading guilty to all charges, George Christopoulos was fined $1,000 for unlawfully hunting an antlerless deer without a licence, $500 for unlawfully attaching a game seal to an antlerless deer, and $1000 for unlawfully possessing illegally killed wildlife.
