Ontario Provincial Police press release NORTH KAWARTHA Twp. – At approximately 9:46 A.M. Sat., Oct. 22, 2011, Provincial Police responded to a Break and Enter to a Fire Route 4 address. Sometime during the past week, thieves stole a Makita Compound Mitre Saw valued at $900, a red Craftsman 16” Chainsaw valued at $300, two tool belts and assorted small tools valued at approximately $260. Ontario Provincial Police press release BANCROFT– During the morning hours of Tuesday the 04th of October 2011, several houses in the Bancroft area were shot with paint balls, fireworks were set off and some mailboxes were damaged. As a result of the investigation, three youths have been identified as being responsible for the mischief complaints. Two 16 year olds of Bancroft and one 17 year old of Bancroft are being dealt with under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Ontario Natural Resources Press Release CAMPBELLFORD – A Toronto man was fined $4,100 for offences related to fishing in a closed season. Jerry Mata Reboja pleaded guilty and was fined $3,600 for catching and retaining smallmouth bass during the closed season.
