BANCROFT – On Saturday the 31st of March 2012, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received the report of a mischief on Old Snow Road in the Town of Bancroft. Ontario Provincial Police press release BANCROFT – On Tuesday the 20th of March 2012, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received the report of mischief to buildings in the Town of Bancroft. Sometime overnight graffiti was sprayed on several buildings in the area of Billa Street and Hastings Street North near McCaskie TV and Stereo. Graffiti was also found at the Skateboard Park and Mr. Video on Cleak Avenue. Ontario Provincial Police press release BANCROFT — On Saturday the 3rd of March 2012, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to the report of a mischief in a private parking lot off Hastings Street North in the Town of Bancroft. Investigation revealed that the window of a parked vehicle was smashed. A 33 year old man from Bancroft has been arrested and charged with mischief under and breach of probation (two counts). Mr. Davis was held in custody pending a bail hearing in Belleville court on Monday the 5th of March.
