ANTIQUE VEHICLE PARTS STOLEN (Bancroft, ON.)  On Wednesday the 29th of April 2009 the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to the report of a theft from a trailer on Hastings Street North in the Town of Bancroft.   Sometime over the past 10 days a trailer was entered and antique Ford Model A small engine parts were stolen.  Anyone with information about this theft is encouraged to contact the Bancroft OPP at 613-332-2112 or CRIMESTOPPERS at 1-800-222-8477.

THEFT FROM PARKED VEHICLE On the morning of Tuesday the 14th of April 2009 the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police received the report of a theft from a vehicle parked on Hastings Street North in the Town of Bancroft.   Investigation revealed that on Monday the 13th of April 2009 between 6:30pm and 7:30pm an unknown suspect entered a Jeep and stole cash from a purse. THEFT OF VEHICLE / Vehicles burgled (Bancroft, ON.)  On Wednesday the 08th of April 2009 the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police received the report of a pickup truck stolen from Grove Lane in the Township of Faraday.   Sometime overnight a grey 2002 GMC Sierra pickup truck was stolen. Same thief visited at Vito’s Pizzeria and H&R Block in Bancroft? On the evening of Tuesday the 10th of March 2009 Officers from the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police received the report of a theft from Vito’s Pizzeria Restaurant on Hastings Street North in the Town of Bancroft.
