COE HILL — Most power  seems to have been restored to the Coe Hill and Apsley areas as of 5:30 p.m. Sat., March 3, but hundreds of homes may not have electricity until Sunday afternoon, Hydro One says. Around 8,000 homes and businesses in the area south and southwest of Bancroft lost power overnight Friday into Saturday, as a windy winter storm swept through the area. COE HILL — Hydro One says almost 8,000 homes and businesses are without power after a windy winter storm rolled through eastern Ontario overnight March 2 to March 3, 2012. As of 1 p.m., power was still out to the wide area of northern Hastings County and the northeast corner of Peterborough County, according to the Hydro One online power outage map.
