Wollaston-Limerick library gets $900 gift from its ‘friends’

Christmas Arrives Early For the Wollaston & Limerick Library/CAP Site

In the fall of 2008, the Wollaston & Limerick Public Library received a Trillium Grant to enhance their current collection. Pictured here are just a few of the new selections – Still Alice, The Powders of Mattie Hardinge, The Twilight Series, My Sister’s Keeper, The World Book 2010 .

Drop in to your library, sign out a book, DVD, VCR or use one of the 5 computers in our CAP site. Experience a whole new world when you open a book and remember membership is FREE.

In the spring of 2009, Friends of the Wollaston & Limerick Library (FOWLL) was formed and during 2009 the group raised over $900.00 via book sales. The funds will be used to purchase equipment, fund new programs/collections. If you have some spare time, why not become a member of the FOWLL? We love to have friends.

The Library hours are Tuesday – Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please note, the Library will be closing December 24th, 2009 at 4:00 p.m., December 25, 2009, December 31, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. and January 1, 2010. The Library is located adjacent to the Coe Hill School in the portable building at 2149 Highway 62.
