COE HILL – Dozens of people turned out Saturday, July 17, 2010 for the annual Wollaston Township open house.

Township workers and volunteers were busy barbecuing hot dogs for visitors outside the township recreation centre in Coe Hill.  Local politicians also gathered to talk to the crowd, before  people were invited inside into the gymnasium to view some 20 displays by community and government organizations.

The Wollaston-Limerick library was also giving away a numbered coupons for a free cookie in the library beside the Coe Hill School.  If the coupon’s number was on a list at the library, the holder won a book to read while munching on their snack.
