COE HILL – After a five-day closure, old Highway 620 west of Coe Hill reopened on time for traffic Friday afternoon, Deputy Reeve Brent Goodwin reports.

The road was closed since Monday, to allow installation of deep culverts that’s part of a summer-long, $2.1 million rebuilding job between Coe Hill and Glen Alda.

Now there’s no excuse not to come into town Saturday to enter the scarecrow making contest at the Coe Hill farmer’s market.
