COE HILL — Two meals are in the works this week by the crew at the Farmer’s Market Bakery and Cafe.
Thurs., Sept 30 is Chile night at the Market Cafe on Wollaston Township Road 620 at Wollaston Lake Road.
Meat and vegetarian, mild to suicide will be on the menu, along with salads, corn salsa and corn bread as well as home baked breads and baking for dessert.
Dinner served at 7 p.m.
On Sat. Oct. 2, 2010, starting at 6 p.m. the market plan it’s second annual harvest dinner.
This year, live music from local and visiting musicians will be featured, coordinated by chef David Shumka.
The harvest menu will include beef curry, rice, Coe Hill goulash (beef stew), ratatouille (vegetable stew), tossed green salad, home baked bread. For desserts: apple crumble and pumpkin pie.
